Hydro Excavation and the Commercial Construction Industry
We here at T-Rex understand that vacuum excavation is not a replacement for backhoes, trenching machinery, and above ground designation (locators). However, above ground locating is only "so" accurate and using an excavator to locate utilities is risky business. T-Rex knows that the best solution and that is to work in conjunction with these other services to provide you the absolute lowest job cost. What you may not know!
In addition to utility potholing, we recently dug two 48" diameter x 22' deep holes for a commercial construction company that could not get an auger truck in a timely basis. We specialize in "hard to reach" excavations such as digging unaffected by low hanging power lines (thus, preventing the lines from having to be raised to accommodate conventional drillers) or even within bodies of water. We can even hydro excavate inside of buildings.
